Yes, you read that right. And this is my perspective about all areas of life.

Some background info.

Hi, I am Dr. Maharaja SivaSubramanian N. Blogger, Coach, Consultant, Speaker, Trainer. And also a human being who has had experiences and exposure of my own share of success by working various frameworks (both created by others and designed by me)

And yes, here’s a disclaimer too. This is part of my own experience, education and all the perspectives coming from there. And very much subjective to changes which otherwise I would label as evolution as I evolve. So, take it for that, another perspective and another way of looking at life. If you feel it can be empowering and you are ready to take responsibility for the consequences, then give it a try. And again, absolutely not a substitute for professional help.

Now getting on with the topic.

A good portion of life is also about reinventing and rejuvenating. Whether it be about your health, identity, relationships, wealth, career, business, psychology, lifestyle, etc. With each and every phase of growth, there needs to be an healthy and empowering amount of re-invention, and rejuvenation.

And one factor that needs to be aligned with, is your internal values and external execution. So, yes, there needs to be a lot of internal and external work need to be done. And it’s entirely up to you to choose how you want to do it.

Personally for me, I take time every 3-4 months to have a realignment in terms of my goals and values. And come up with a set of actions that will take me closer to the goals. And every single day I spend some time in reflection asking myself questions like the following:
1. How can things be better?
2. How can I become a better person?
3. Where is it that I can let go, and where is it that I can allow to receive?
4. What can be the #1 task I can execute that will be a game changer in my life?

And so on….

What and how can you reinvent, and rejuvenate? To maintain and improve the sparkle, vitality, energy, flow, joy, meaning, purpose, etc in different areas of your life?
