People undergo experience in life. In such experiences, one may get to have an emotionally disturbing experience. Such emotional disturbances are of two types;
1 Positive emotional disturbance, where the disturbance may result in long term positive results.
2 Negative emotional disturbance, where the disturbance may result in long term negative results.
Positive emotional disturbances are welcome and should be appreciated, however it is the negative emotional disturbance which need immediate attention and help.
